The Awake Flex Hand Controller 4 is the latest-generation wireless controller designed for Awake electric surfboards and eFoils equipped with XR 4 or LR 4 batteries. Featuring a bright 2.4-inch full-color display, customizable dashboards, SmartPair connectivity, real-time ride estimation and an integrated Mini Map, it gives riders precise control and essential riding information directly in their hand. Available through Water Toys Center in France, Monaco and across the French Riviera.
The Awake Flex Hand Controller 4 puts precise board control and detailed riding information directly in the rider’s hand. Its upgraded 2.4-inch color display provides a significantly larger and brighter interface, while three customizable dashboards allow riders to choose how much information they want to see during each session. From essential speed, power and battery information to RPM, distance home and complete system telemetry, the controller adapts to different riding styles and experience levels.
Designed for the latest Awake ecosystem, it works with both Awake electric surfboards and eFoils using XR 4 or LR 4 batteries, making it a versatile controller for riders operating multiple compatible Awake boards.
The Awake Flex Hand Controller 4 features a wide 2.4-inch full-color display designed to make important riding information easier to read at a glance. Riders can choose between three dashboard configurations: Simple for speed, power and battery information; Default for additional RPM and distance-home data; or Advanced for more comprehensive system telemetry.
Beyond displaying riding data, the controller incorporates intelligent tools designed to help riders manage each session. The Ride Time Estimator continuously adapts to the rider’s pace to provide updated remaining ride-time information, while the integrated Mini Map records and displays the ride directly on the controller. This combination makes it easier to understand both your board and your session without interrupting the experience on the water.
With SmartPair proximity pairing, connecting the Flex Hand Controller 4 to a compatible Awake setup is designed to be quick and intuitive. The controller automatically pairs with the board’s battery when nearby, while a one-click disconnect allows riders to switch between compatible boards without losing their settings. This is particularly practical for yachts and multi-board Awake setups, where several RÄVIK Jetboards or VINGA eFoils may be used throughout the day.
Ultra-fine throttle sensing provides smooth and precise power control, while the controller’s buoyant, waterproof and drop-resistant enclosure is designed for regular use around the water. With up to 14 hours of battery life at full display brightness, the Flex Hand Controller 4 combines precise riding control, durability and smart functionality in one compact interface.
